Fidelity ADT is Unprofessional and will hand you over to lawyers when you try to cancel their useless service.

I have been trying to cancel and they ignore the cancellation emails sent. This has been ongoing since December 2021, and they came back to give me a month free of their service. However, don’t think it’s free cos somehow they find a way to swindle you into paying extra for services not rendered (such as Excessive Alerts). They then regain that money by charging you for excessive response time which is due to load shedding (they communicated to their clients saying they are aware of the extra charge due to load shedding and customers will be refunded).

The worst part is I have never seen a security car coming to my place as I am a full-time home. Then you wonder when did they respond to an alert/or alarm going off..?

In July 2022 I resumed the cancellation process and to this day I am fighting for the charge they did for July, August, September, and October 2022.

Their Lawyer calls to threaten me that they will blacklist my name with ITC.

In addition, they never take your call as their phones at times just drop and if they do call you back after several attempts of reaching out to them, the person will listen to your complaint then check or pretend to check then say to you, I will call you back. You will wait days and never receive a call. Then to my surprise, instead of returning my call, they took me to their LGR Attorneys.

I would never recommend this security **** company to anyone. Please stay away from the name ADT Fidelity they will give you stress and make it impossible for you when you want to cancel their services.
