Fidelity ADT is a ****

Fidelity ADT We are paying for armed responds that does not exist. Our alarm goes off and we only get a call hours after the alarm went off. At first the excuse was loadshedding and now they are calling claiming that the alarm went off few minutes before their call when no alarm went off on our side. Last week I pressed our panic button and to-date there was no responds from ADT. Last night the alarm went off and we got no call from them, instead we were called this morning when there is no alarm that went off. We complained and no one is calling us back, last week I asked a lady by the name Lebogang who was responding to an alarm signal that went off around 06:00 in the morning but called us over an hour later to ask a manager to call us and they did not bother themselves and she just hung up on me and instead she sent armed response to my house. We are paying for armed response that does not exist. All they are interested in is the debit orders and not our lives.
