Fidelity ADT in South of Johannesburg is a joke and they are *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up with Fidelity ADT for my house alarm as well as my electric fence. There were two signal boxes installed but the installers tested my electric fence and checked the energizer and stated its not working. He advised he will notify the office and till date, i have been emailing and stating i will not pay for this service as its not working but no one is helping or cancelling this service. It never worked from day one so i want my money refunded and then get someone to make it work and i will pay for it going forward. If not, refund me, cancel the service and just keep my house alarm that's all. This matter needs to be resolved today!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ***** as i signed up for a service but there is no service, if we want to do court cases let start there, last chance to get this matter resolved.
