Fidelity ADT have no response at all !

ADT dont respond at all! My alarm went on a few times in the past few weeks. ADT never called me nor responded. Over the past few days I've pressed my panic button, they dont call me or respond. They came once out to try and "fix it" and said they're not getting a radio signal. Till now they did nothing. The paying every month for nothing. Absolutely no armed response! If they cant link a radio in my area they should cancel their pathetic service so i can sign with another company !
