Fidelity ADT employees are *****sters
I paid Fidelity ADT using my name as a reference in June and July 2024 instead of using my account number. The two payments are not reflecting on my statement. I have been trying to get this resolved for the past three months (Aug, Sep, Oct) without any success. My emails are being sent from pillar to post.
