FIDELITY ADT does not provide the service you pay for!!!

I recently received a call from ADT almost an hour since the activation. during this time they did try to contact me two times of which i could not answer immediately. However within this hour no patrol car went to check the property.. my house could have been carried away during this time and the ********* would still have a cup of tea... FIDELITY ADT PROMISED A QUICKER TIME THAN AN HOUR TO RESPOND TO AN ALARM Luckily nothing major were affected.

I called Fidelity ADT to complain about the slow response. the excuses they gave me is that: 1. High traffic for alarms during that time 2. My house was assigned to a different response vehicle that doesnt patrol the area.

What is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING is that ,this is the exact same excuses they gave to an alarm previously.

FIDELITY ADT does not provide the service you pay for!!! they have full departments dealing with retention but cannot provide the service you sign up for.
