Fidelity ADT

I have written one review re Fidelity ADT,and a reply stated a "Social Media Officer" would contact me......promises,promises,promises! Service at Fidelity ADT is zero! My story is too long and involved to write here,but suffice to say I am still waiting for my alarm to be fixed. Everyone you speak to has no authority to do anything,all that happens is escalation to Managers who do nothing. I have stayed loyal to this company over the years,but patience has now run out. Maybe someone in authority will contact me???
