Fidelity ADT 50mins to respond to a break in
An alarm was triggered this morning at 4:30am by a break in at one of my neighbours in Kyalami. Phone calls were made and it took Fidelity ADT armed reaction 50mins to react to the call. Pathetic service by Fidelity ADT. Not worth the monthly fees charged by this company when their marketing is better than their ability to respond.

Although the current state of load shedding does put a strain on resources, we are doing our level best to attend to all callouts as quick as possible. We have increased patrolling to up the visibility in your area and surroundings of your property.
