fedilyt home security is useless

I have about 3 months with your alarm system and unbelievably its not working . I called your call centre and im told that i must pay R500 for someone to come have a look at it. This thing is new and not damaged physically cause its mounted on the wall. I must pay monthly for something that is not working. Please assist as a matter of urgency.
