Fedility staff dishonesty and lying

We want to complaint about the support that we received from Fedility. One of their drivers caused an accident as he made an ******** u-turn where he wasn't suppose to. Our vehicle is a write off but now we are at fault. What type of dishonesty are you building your company on. If this was my husbands live then you would have had the same mentality. Well we will not stand for dishonesty as you have dishonest and lying people that works for you that you support and this caused us a lot of money. How do you want people to trust you? We will have no option as to then take this further.
