This company tried to de***** me R20000 by debiting it to my account instead of R200. I reversed it and immediately requested a cancel the contract since the trust has been broken. They always promise to send the cancelation form. I cancelled the debit order. With the new law of debit orders they have been sending me smses and emails that requested me to approve the debit orders and i declined all of them. Now this morning the debited from my account. How? if I didn't approve debit order. Fedility secure drive is a ****. 6 call center agents have been promising the cancellation form but nothing.
