Fedility is a ****

I just want to express my disappointment with some **** called Fidelity ADT. I have been communicating with them to come check their system in my car as it finished my battery, all they do is make a call to promise that someone around my area will call me so they can come check their alarm. I'm a woman and I ask people to jump start my car few times a week as it doesn't last a day. I'm scared because I'm asking help from Men. They're a **** with zero service but knows how to debit my money. I don't see of my family members joining Fedility or anyone I know as I'm gonna expose them for poor service 💔💔💔💔💔💔
