Fedility doesn't pay

I started working for the company recently and I was told by one of the staff at head office my Sars number expired.and I need to sort that out otherwise I won't get paid I called sars and they told me a sars number never expire. Pay day came and I did not get paid it's been a week now and still no pay no one can tell me when I will receive my money. I received my company number which means my sars number is correct. If only there was someone who would take my situation seriously because I'm not going to work for free
