Fedility ADT Emalahleni Klipfontein

I was bumped by a Fedility ADT security bakkie from the Emalahleni Klipfontein office whilst I was parked at the parking bay at work. Matter was reported and quotation sent through to fix my car and to date I have not been contacted by anybody from the Fedility office and I had to use my own money to call and follow up but all got from Annette who is whatever at the Fedility office in Emalahleni is that the matter is with their legal department and I should call back so I can get the contacts from their legal department.

A month later still nothing has happened and the arrogance in this office to tell me I should call to get contacts for whomever dealing with this matter, I am going to take this matter with the mine officials as this happened at the mine and this was reported as an incident which I don't think their client which is the mine knows how negligent their drivers are and how pathetic their arrogant officials at their office are and are unfazed by issues relating to their operations.
