Fedelity security systems are ******

I've had the worst experience with this company, I registered for the installation of an alarm system and after paying an amount of R2000 I was told they'd install 24 or 72 hours of processing the documents, only 7 days later the technician came but to fix an alarm that wasn't even installed yet, so I called gladiator security systems to come and install and they is within 72 hours, I further called fedelity for a refund and till this day they refuse to give me my money back.
