FEDELITY ADT SECURITY

I have signed on with them over a month ago. They have a promotion on Facebook where they give a free alarm system to sign on armed response. To be honest I have had calls from their call centre all hours of the night and day. Sometimes 2.30 am 3am 4am. I had their technical team come out 3 times and couldnt find what was wrong. Finally a guy came out and he realised that my system is faulty. I have spoken to them over 10 times to please come out and resolve the issue. No one came out to resolve it, but instead they want to charge me a call out fee to put a panic button but the system is faulty. Friday last week Friday Andrea called me well it was not his first time to call me amongst lots of others to resolve the issue. The reason I'm actually writing on hello Peter is becasue Andrea called me slap short time ago and asked me if the situation is resolved. My word I was furious with him, it's as if he is living in another planet and ADT is also in another planet. I have one solution to this problem, they must come and remove the radio they put in my premises immediately or else I will throw it out.
