Falsified Reporting - Dishonest Conduct

Fidelity has recently taken over a contract for security in our complex. Initially I was impressed with their services. However after a recent break in into my unit in Jackal Creek (Where Fidelity is in control) I became aware of the dishonesty shown by this company. I have send communication for them to address and correct this matter however it was in vain. Their monthly reports are falsified and as they are paid by the body corporate their interest lies with keeping them happy. My unit broken into was a forced entry however they decided to report this as an unforced entry to remove any liability from the body corporate and themselves. This might not seem as a big issue however looking at the reasons into why the reports are falsified clearly indicates the motive of the company is not within the interest of the client. I am very disappointed with the way in which fidelity conducts their business.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I had initially rep**** directly to one of your members (as I had expected it was a mistake and will be corrected and thus would not have been an issue), I received no response and thus posted on e this website. I would like to inform you of what serious consequences this may have on individuals/clients when you do such reporting which basically implies negligence from the clients/customers side. Regards
