False promises
During this time last year 2019,ADT called me and advised that they are running a special and convinced me to renew my contract,I agreed to sign up on condition that the amount remains as agreed until the contract ends,few months down the line im sitting here with a notice of increase,so ADT failed to comply with my rights as a consumer,so annoyed!
