Extremely poor service

I recently reviewed the service of Fidelity secure drive about them selling me a wrong package, the matter was not fixed instead they stopped debiting and they told their lawyers to call me to collect a cancelation fee, this company sucks, noone is taking responsibility, when you talk to them they say 'will get back to you' and they do not.
