Extremely delayed responses to alarms

Two separate incidents where response has taken way more that contracted time to respond to alarm responses. Terrible consultants who are not showing any empathy for some who’s in panic for their property possibly being raided.

Incident 1: Sunday morning alarm rang and only got response 45min later after I had to go check for myself.

Incident 2: Tuesday evening, alarm rang at 9pm, didn’t get any response of an officer having gone to check if all is on place. Disarmed and armed again, alarm rang at 10pm and only then they call and want give me feedback about what happened at 9pm. It’s been 15’ min and still no response as to what’s going on.
