Exorbitant Increase in premium, Terrible service response
I received an increase letter last week with a 64.25 % increase in premium, which is shocking by anyone's standard ... what is worse is that after soliciting a response to this ridiculous increase, no one bothers to get back to me ....
not the 1st time I have had issues with the company in terms for admin etc .... Terrible service ...
