EXCESS CALL OUTS
I have ADT security system. I had my account credited with an amount. When I called the call center I was informed that this was for excess call outs during the month of April. I do not know what excess call out means. Does that mean I should not switch my alarm on. As I not responsible when the alarms go off. Instead of maintain their systems. Unless I press a panic call out. Thos seems to be a money making scheme. The reason why we install security systems in our homes are so it cannot be safe. I will now leave my alarm off as I cannot afford this excess amounts going off at anytime of the month. We are all having financial difficulties its sad that insurances and securities are making if impossible for us to keep up with premiums. I requested a manager call me back. None has.

10 Jun 2024, 16:14I was now called by my security service to tell me his getting an alarm & panic call from my address. I told him I ‘m to scared to use tge system since I was overcharging for over service . So he tells me yea he is. As i drew up by my house I see City power busy with the substation near my house. It suddenly dawned on me what happened. I live next to a substation that is regularly vandalised. Fires, tripping all should be on city powers site. The substation was set alight and had exploded we were without power for more tgan 3 days. We have weekly issues with power . This is not in my control and yet my complaint is being ignored. I dont believe anyone just sets of alarms. Im at work so i cannot tell u what is happening by my house unless like i drew up today. This is not fair or transparent. This is plain *******.
