Empty promises

What a bad service and not delivering. On the 27th November 2018 I called Fedility ADT reporting to them that my alarm system is not working I need a technician to come check what is going on and they have been saying they will send a technician on several occasions and the technician never pitched them today the technician arrived and he only checked and reported what was wrong. My wife called the office to arrange for the system to be fixed and the payment arrangement. I called again at 14:02 and I asked to speak to the manager and he took my numbers and he said he will go to my account to check the record. After 1hour 30 mins I called again doing follow up and I was told he’s out. Then I spoke to the lady she said she will call me. I’m still waiting for her call even now. I reported this alarm several times and 24 days later my alarm systems still not working and I’m going on a holiday this coming Friday and I need it to be fixed by tomorrow.
