Drained

ADT Fidelity is the worst hands down. I wrote a review last month, was promised someone would call, no one did. I have wasted my airtime calling just to get my refund, it has been 14 days, no communication, nothing. I am emotionally and financially drained by this company, I regret ever signing up for this sh*t
