Don't use this company

Where to start...... If we could, we would rate them 0 stars. This company advertises top class, competitive security services, and this could not be further from the truth. We were clients of 7 Arrows which was bought out by Fidelity in 2019/20 and that is when the service delivery went downhill. Fast. Expensive security costs and no security to show for it, is the short version. They promise and underdeliver. When a panic button or a call is logged it takes them over 10-15 minutes to show up- sometimes not at all. On failing to meet our expectations, we as a road closure opted to pay extra to get a dedicated private vehicle to monitor our area to reduce response time to a minute or less. The car is often found nowhere to be seen and excuses are always made as to why this is. Worse, we are being charged incorrect amounts and on top of that charged double, because ADT charges our committed account as well as our private accounts for this service. This is theft. When accounting errors are made, they are promised to be rectified but ...still waiting. its been weeks. We also get charged incorrect amounts on a monthly basis outside of our contractual agreements for our private panic button service. Again, theft much?

We as individuals and as enclosure group and as a complex have had so many conversations with managers and other managers and line managers and getting pushed from pillar to post without resolve. We are frustrated an tired and have had enough of the excuses.

Be careful when signing up with ADT/Fidelity. They do not walk the talk.
