Don't use adt they say they radio controlled but don't apply

Good day I want to know why does it take adt so long to go out on a call when the alarm goes off????? My alarm went off at 4h25.....it is now past 5h00am and I am still waiting!!!

It takes them more than half an hour to go out??

This is the service we pay for?

Totally unacceptable

This email is my proof that should I be away from home and something get ******, ADT will be held liable for replacement because in a half an hour a lot could be ******
