Don't trust Fidelity ADT with your security because their staff just lies!

I was stopped at a roadblock and told that there are outstanding fines on a company vehicle I drove from the latter part of 2019 until I went on pension end July 2021. I contacted Chantal Parkin at Fidelity, and she was EXTREMELY rude to me, stating that its MY problem, not the company's. I then went to the company premises, spoke to Shivern Rooplall at HR, was promised that he would sort it out and now, 4 weeks later, NOTHING has been done about THEIR proplem. I do not work there anymore since July 2021, but its MY problem Should anybody trust such a company?
