Dont take fidelity Adt alarms as a service provider

This security company is a **** i reported to them that my alarm was malfunctioning, they took time to respond to me, they now sending me an invoice titled "excessive response invoice" there are months where they dont respond at all because of no incidents i mean it's their job to respond that's why we pay a monthly subscription and on top of that also pay a fuel levy, i wouldn't recommend fidelity adt they're ********
