Dont bet your life on adt

I logged a call for a call out. The technician came only AFTER I started shouting screaming and comlpaining. Now I keep getting false alarm signals. This will hopefully be sorted on Friday.

I emailed to change the cell number on my profile. I got an email telling me it will be attended to within 24 hours. Now more than 48 hours later it STILL has NOT been sorted and my boss hasnt slept in a week!!!!!!!

Trying to call. No one returns my call or I get cut off!!!!!! I am beyond furious
