Do not try to cancel your services with Fidelity ADT because they will milk you dry just because you cancelled and they will still charge you monthly fees, even though no services were provided from their side. On top of it, they will still add on extra fees. It's almost like they want to punish you for cancelling with them.

We supported them for 14 years until the pandemic in 2020. Due to reduced work hours and loss of income we couldn't afford their exorbitant fees anymore. Our account was fully paid and up to date when we cancelled with them. After we cancelled we received no services from them. Nothing at all. That was December 2020. They still charged us for 2 months services, plus a Radio fee for 2021.

When we asked Lauren Hutchinson and Mogamad Bailey if they can review our account, we were told that our request was escalated to management. We sent email upon email, asking for feedback from them. Each time we had to hear that they are still waiting on management to come back. While they kept us waiting for 2 months they still had the audacity to add on more charges, for heavens knows what. We are so disappointed and disgusted with this company, whom we supported loyally for 14 years. We want to warn people out there on what to expect from them.
