Disturbing experience

Hi I had quite a disturbing experience on Monday (10.05.21) at around 11:08.

One of your security guards shocked me as he had a big gun in front of PQ clothing on Eloff Street in Johannesburg CBD.

I was walking across when he/they were standing opposite the entrance of the shop he ordered me to walk away from him I was confused and shocked. he had a big gun.

I didn’t know which direction to take. He then tapped me on my chest (disturbingly) and shouted at me (without making any sense) then pointed at a busy road. I figured he was instructing me to walk over there(the busy road).

For me that was disturbing and quite traumatic. I didn’t know what was going on. I also find it inappropriate for your security guards to react like that especially when they are armed. A person could faint at the shock.

I believe that the pavement was created so that passengers can walk safely without endangering themselves on the and the roads purpose being is for moving vehicles.
