Dissapointed with service

After alot of emails, with no response

I'm very dissapointed with your service, I spoke to one of your consultants on 12 July asking for a reduction on my monthly fee, because there was an amount added for Vuma cam solution as well.

The consultant explained the reason and why it was added and that it is not possible for you to give me a reduction on my monthly fee and add the extra services.

I then asked him to remove the vuma cam as an extra and he reduced the monthly fee, with the option to add it later if I want to make use of it. Month end it was still the same including the vuma cam extra that I did not opt for.. Regards
