Disrespectful Security Services

I had the worst experience with security ever. I appreciate my own personal security service being BCI Security. Fidelity ADT how did you even employ this individual that disrespected so many people in one day. Not being patient, not doing proper checks because we busy on the premises, couldn't wait for at least 30 minutes. The more we where trying to tell him that there is people switching then alarm off the more adamant he was saying that his a technical person. Also having an alarm going off while people are praying in the Church is also very disrespectful. We will see what our other options are in the community. It was unfortunate that the previous company got bought off by Fidelity.
