Disrespectful and humiliation treatment

I had the most horrible experience with Fidelity security guards and the department of labour building in town on the corner of Riebeek and Long street. I came to my wife on the 11/12/18, at first I never use to sign into the register as well as other people that regularly comes into the building. I got told to sign in which I never had a problem with, I signed in and tried to make a joke with the lady behind the desk and she gave me attitude. Then this morning this lady with the scarf called my wife as we were walking into the building telling her while im standing there that she knows the procedure when coming into the building the register must be signed, making as if I wasnt present, showing utter disrespect towards me. I was humiliated infront of my wife and other people that entered the building. What upsets me is that she never even asked me what happened and try to resolve the issue which is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. If this doesnt get sorted as soon as possible im taking it further on social media.
