Disrespect from fidelity gard B

Fidelity cash solution guard from Louis Trichardt Makhado Branch bumped on my hand with his steel trolley on 29/12/2025 I asked him why he’s doing that as he came from behind me but told me he wanted to pass while he could have simply used other ways to pass but came directly behind me and hit my hand with a steel trolley as I type this my hand is still aching because of the impact of his steel trolley. I raised the issue with their office and ever since they told me they will give me feedback within the past weeks nothing has been done to show that they are protecting their company, however I’m in a process to open a case for them because what hurts the most, the guard told me “**** you” and also raised his middle finger as I was telling him that he’s hurt me.
