Dishonesty

My name is Gibson Majola, I reside at 33156 in Arcata Bloemspruit. On January 14, 2023, one of the ADT guards stole phone from the car while patrolling. The matter was brought up with the supervisor, Mr. Mtlabe, and evidence (cctv footage) was given to him. He then launched an investigation. The gaurd was found to be guilty, and he was charged of dishonesty, which resulted in his dismissal. I was then promised that the company will buy me a new phone if the guard is proven guilty, which he was. I even went to extand of talking to the regional manager. It has been over four months now I haven't received my phone back.

This is really sad that all this time I have trusted ADT to keep me and my family safe only for them to ***** from me. I am very disappointed 😞 by this company Fidelity ADT
