Disgraceful customer service by Natasha and Lawrence

I layer my complaint a month aga regarding the faulty alarm in one of my zone. Call center "Natasha" has been promising for a month that Lawrence will come. I need to always make a plan to be home because Lawrence is on his way...but he never shows. Today again she call me to assure me that Lawrence will come... I had to leave work early to make sure I'm here....till now there is no Lawrence. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service for service and person pays for.
