Defeated by Fidelity

I have an ongoing complaint with Fidelity and they keep on giving me a run around. I have escalated my complaint to every manager I was told will assist, no one seems to care, they are even ignoring my emails.

I was advised that a technician will come by to remove the devices, which were installed in my Property after I was struggling to much with my Alarm, the Tech's manager advised me that all is in order a refund will be raised, when I call the person whom I was advised Phumelelo that she will process my refund, who never seems to not care at all, always advised that they will give her a message to call me back and she so unbothered.

I am told that I owe Fidelity R4000k which the device never worked a day, hence I was forced to cancel as I was not seeing value for my money. I call Fidelity everyday and everytime it is a nightmare, no on seems to care at all, It raises an eyebrow that this is supposed to be a SECURITY CAMPANY BY THE WAY. Whenever I complaint they make a complaint they comment to say they will call they never do. I need my name to be cleared from that R4000k credit and my Premium refunded in my account ASAP.

I do not have any Fidelity property with me, Fidelity owes me not the other way around.
