To whom it may concern
I've got a very big complain about the company ,I resigned due to I had mental problems Now I'm quering about my bonus sacrifice money that I saved with the company they are telling me there will be no funds paid to me due to some ever reasons that I won't even mention,which from the Day I made a bonus sacrifice nobody told me about the rules and regulations /or the terms and conditions of that money I was saving,I saved that money for my children's need since we approaching Christmas so that they be the same with other kids ,but no they telling me I won't receive the funds due to I'm owing msuka ,which I requested a settlement letter to msuka regarding payment arrangements ,so I'm surprised what my bonus sacrifice have to do with msuka where we never signed an agreement due to the bonus sacrifice and msuka
For future references Fidelity employees do not consider doing a sacrifice on your salary
They will rob you day light
I regret why I did that bonus **** because now it seems like I was saving for the company
I was ****** day light by people who take advantage of people
I've got emails that prove that I communicated with the msuka people regarding settlements So to get this feedback ,this is so unprofessional
I regret the day I did that

You need to address this with the Branch Manager that your worked for and the Human Resources Department. You can even address this with the Salaries Department.
