Customer Service NON EXISTANT

Good day, not sure who to report this too, because there is no selection for Fidelity Secure Drive on here. I've been waiting for over x2 weeks now for someone from Fidelity Secure Drive to contact me back to update my new banking details. Every time I phone into the call center, I get told "they" can't help me, someone from the accounts department would phone me, well it's been almost x2 weeks now and no one phoned me yet. I've send numerous emails myself in requesting assistance, without any response or assistance being offered at all. I'm at a point now whereby I think it's better just to cancel my contract with Fidelity Secure Drive and get another tracking company that's prepared to offer me service
