Customer Service Nightmare: Struggling Since July 2023

This company has incredibly poor customer service. I've called so many times requesting invoices and statements, and they claim to be sending them, but nothing ever arrives. I've been contacting their customer care since July 2023 without any success. At this point, I think I have to just cancel the debit order because, wow
