Customer Service Excellence
This review is overdue. I am most grateful for the excellent customer service received from Prenashen Ankiah from the sales division of Fidelity ADT. Prenashen has been consistently professional, punctual, extremely well organised, and has a broad and in-depth knowledge of all the products in the Fidelity ADT range - inclusive of the technical aspects. On a number of occasions, he has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure client satisfaction and a pleasant customer sales experience. Customer service/sales excellence of this calibre is a rarity, and such displayed by Prenashen is an asset to Fidelity ADT.
