Compliment for Mnoneleli in Serveilance/CCTV department
I really hope this finds it's way to the correct department for Mnoneleli in CCTV or Serveilance.
I would like to note that I am not a customer of Fidelity/ADT and yet Mnoneleli went out of his way to assist me in locating a reaction officer that attended the scene of my motor vehicle accident on Wednesday evening.
He did an excellent job at locating the reaction officer and put me into contact with him.
I would also like to add he assisted me past his knock off time and devoted his personal time to assist me in the above matter.
You have an absolutely outstanding asset to your team, he listens, he thinks out of the box and exhausted all resources to assist someone he is not obligated to assist.
Empathetic and a true heart to help!
