COMPLAINT RESOLVED

After receiving ********** service and could not reach out any managers, after my complaint on this portal, Natasha immediately intervened, called me and sorted out all issues. The people that gave horrible service have been taken to task...Thanks Natasha / Joe and Stanton for intervening, greatly appreciated. I just hope that your consultants realise the importance of putting a call through to management rather than trying to "fix" something that creates a bigger blunder. We will be monitoring service levels going forward......
