Complain about my Provident fund

Good day my name is Mrs Thembisile MangxabaI have a complain about Lad security services in Pine town I was working for them from 15 June 2018 until May 15 2020 and I also reported them to psf for my drofident fund's cos they did give me papers to claim then I submitted papers to salt several times they told me they don't have this company so my question is how come cos the papers they gave me it shows were I must submit them,when I call they told me they didn't found any papers I submitted by hand I even email them
