Chicken **** Fedility Management

I was cut off by a Cash Solutions vehicle today, I blew my hooter as I was not sure that he saw me. The driver then stopped in front of me at a green traffic light blocking my way, I went around the vehicle at which time the driver of the cash solutions vehicle indicated that I was crazy in my head.

I continued on my way. I tried to call their office in Hermanstad, Pretoria but was cut off several times. I then drove to their offices in Hermanstad to discuss this matter with the Operations Manager but was refused entry to their offices as I did not have an appointment. I then parked outside their offices and called to ask the Operations Manager to come and see me outside, he was apparently not available. The lady tried to put me through to the Branch Manager who was also not available. I informed her that I need to see one of then now Or I will post this on Hello Peter and Facebook. She said the someone will come and see me in 10 minutes. I waited for 23 minutes and nobody came out to discuss this issue.

I therefore call the Branch Manager and the Operations Manager "Chickens", you do not have the kahunas to face the public about the disgusting behavior of your staff. You are a disgrace to the industry that is customer focused.
