******* charges by Fidelity ADT

I have just received an email from Fidelity ADT notifying me of their annual increase on 1 Sept. I have a three year contract since April 2024 with Fidelity Adt for R299 per month. This is the first time i hear of an annual increase. Also they have increased the premium twice this year within 60 days due to the fuel increases and that is *******. It is also ******* to increase the premoium without notifying the customer. I had to ask what the increase was for. I have written to the accounts department twice and to the sagent who did the contract and have received no response.
