Cancellation nightmare

This company has been harassing us since we notified them of cancellation of the contract. This is after they failed to deliver a service when the alarm went off in December 2025. Nobody in the organization wants to conclude the cancellation and random people call us trying to set up appointments to talk to us...we don't want to talk, just cancel as instructed. To top it off, ADT agents *******ly enter our estate citing an alarm that went off when that was a lie. They come in and take pictures of our house saying they need to know how to gain entry should they need to - this is absolute harassment and bordering on a conspiracy to stage a break-in. Our latest complaint is RE-***.
