BRITS Fidelity incompetence

Fidelity charged us for an armed guards day and night shift. After investigating we found the night shift guard was never armed! Day shift was caught sleeping twice on the job at the gate which is the core of the problem. We called Fidelity Managment to come see for themselves how there security is sleeping on the job!! When Hp Chrome caught Fedility for ********* practise for charging R20 000 a month for an armed guard, that was never armed, they simply offered us R1000 discount on our bill!Fidelity still billed us for this imcompetent security work! We have video footage to prove all these facts and emails of apologies from management . This ********** male practice makes me wonder how many companies are paying for armed guards that actually arent armed!Yet they send us a laywer letter for the rest of the bill. Hp Chrome Holdings highly recommends that NO COMPANY should use Fidelity / ADT in the BRITS area.
