Below poor service

A big company that provides mediocre service, with *********** staff members. Your alarm (so called upgrade) collapsed within six months of installation. I reported the matter and it has been two weeks and nothing has been done.all what they do is to wait for may calls and do nothing..no update from them.Our security is not their priority..our money is their priority..Since my 10 years + with ADT, I have never received such a below poor service..sad..I have appointment with CITI Protection..I hope for the best whilst crossing my fingers that they will offer a good package than ADT
